Okay. A few things that are a NEED TO KNOW before you go! I would like to say that this was GREAT! The self guided tour is really really easy to follow. And it’s super informative. So we never got lost or anything. It’s literally step by step. Here are the tips: 1) Download the Action Tour Guide on WiFi at your hotel etc. Do this before you go! 2) You will receive an OTP Code emailed to you. For some reason I received two. The 1st one was for Acadia Maine. The 2nd was the correct one. Obviously the Maine one was not correct as I wanted the Florida Everglades - Luckily you can email Action Tour Guide and they respond fast. 3) After App Installed - you will put in that OTP code 4) DO NOT start at the suggested starting point - this is a Bus Depot. Just put in your GPS Ernest F Coe Visiting Center. This is your starting point. **you do need to pay to get into the park” in addition to what this costs. 5) BUG SPRAY A MUST - Kept me big free for the most part 6) Mosquitos at Flamingo ARE THE WORST- THEY WILL ATTACK no joke! 7) One way in, One way out so prepare to go to the end and turn around. 8) MOST IMPORTANT TO KNOW: GPS DEAD halfway through this tour! We were both in SOS for a good 45 minutes in and out of this park.This is a great time !’ Definitely must do!

Since my husband’s family came from Cuba to Miami, this was a highly emotional visitation for us. Upon entering the doors of the tower, I already started crying for my mother-in-law who has now passed. She came here when she was only 16 years old with nothing. This exhibit is rich and profound. We left there in total belief of the American dream and retrospectively thinking how we owe it to our immigrant family members to do more and be more.

We loved the experience and highly recommend it. The package includes a shuttle to Everglades Holiday Park with many pickup/drop-off locations around Miami. Ours was only a 2-minute walk away. The bus ride was also entertaining, with the driver/comedian sharing Miami history and pointing out landmarks.The airboats hold about 15-20 people, and the 45-minute to 1-hour ride gave us plenty of chances to see alligators, birds, and other wildlife. You don’t get wet since the boats have windshields and most of the spray goes behind you. Afterward, there’s a live alligator show and an opportunity to take a picture with a baby gator.One important note: you pay $25 per person online, but there is also an additional $35 per person cash payment to the driver. Overall, it was a fun and well organized experience.

Definately worth it
The self guide tour was very informative. It provided good commentary and information along the route and possible place to stop or visit. We used the tour from Key West to Key Largo and back and the in downtown Key Largo for information regarding places to see in Key West and their exact location. I was not sure if a self-guided tour would be that good but i was surprised by it's accuracy and narration. I would definitely recommend this tour and would consider purchasing other tours in the future.

We visited the Freedom Tower in Miami with the kids, mainly to see the FIFA museum. The FIFA exhibit was quite small, but overall it was okay for the price and still enjoyable for a quick visit.The other museum areas were more varied. The Cuban immigration exhibit was especially interesting and very informative, but it is definitely not suited for children due to the serious and emotional content. Since we were there with kids, it was a bit difficult to fully engage with that part of the experience.Overall, it’s a nice historic place to visit, but I would recommend planning ahead depending on the age of the children, as not all exhibits are family-friendly.

The app worked well in the car and was very informative. We most likely would not have noticed some of the nature or stoped at some of the locations without it. Lots of interesting facts provided and enjoyed the music too. Saw butterflies, bugs, lots of gators, herons, egrets and more. Decided the scenic loop wasn’t for us and turned back due to the road surface. Didn’t make it as far as shark valley as the kids were starting to get restless. To do the whole trip give yourself a whole day and make sure to pack food and drinks. Plenty of toilets etc on route but not much in the way of food and drink.

I've never purchased an audio tour before, but it was money well spent. It took a few minutes to get set-up (not very tech-savvy), but we figured it out. The narrator was entertaining and we were impressed the landmarks for directions were still in place. It made the long drive very entertaining and we learned a lot about the history of the area, sites, and restaurants. (Sunset Grill by the 7-mile bridge was great and breath-taking views)
