Haagen was a great host, this was a jam packed tour which starts early and lasts all day. The everglades trip was especially enjoyable. Haagen is very knowledgeable about Miami and shared some great tips.

The app worked well in the car and was very informative. We most likely would not have noticed some of the nature or stoped at some of the locations without it. Lots of interesting facts provided and enjoyed the music too. Saw butterflies, bugs, lots of gators, herons, egrets and more. Decided the scenic loop wasn’t for us and turned back due to the road surface. Didn’t make it as far as shark valley as the kids were starting to get restless. To do the whole trip give yourself a whole day and make sure to pack food and drinks. Plenty of toilets etc on route but not much in the way of food and drink.

Had a great day out in the Everglades yesterday. Our guide Ruslan was hilarious and really knew his stuff, not just about the glades but Miami too. If you go, definitely ask for him!

We love to explore and these audio tours made our trip less stressful and very enjoyable not to mention we learned about the area through fun stories and information you wouldn’t otherwise get. I love that we could skip around and the audio tours made our was exactly where we were. I would definitely recommend. Looking forward to doing the other tours in our package.

This is such a fun and informative way to see the area. The app worked perfectly and it had us stop at places I would never have gone without it. It gave information and even appropriate music along the way. I’m so happy that it worked perfectly through my cat’s CarPlay system too

Rus was our guide, he was excellent! We had a brilliant time, airboat ride was fun and we were lucky to see lots of alligators and other wildlife. Enjoyed the gator show too. Super convenient for us as we were picked up from the port and dropped at the airport - perfect way to fill the morning before our onward flight. 5* !!

Our tour guide Hagen was absolutely perfect. We were picked up exactly in time and Hagen provided us a lot of detailed information about the everglades, Miami and Florida. Hagen is a very professional tour guide who lives in Florida for about 20 years. Hence he can provide al lot of additional insigts. We would gladly recommend a tour with him again anytime.

April was the best tour guide. She was thoughtful, brought us drinks (water/pop), gave clear instructions and was accommodating, taking us places we had not been. Great lunch/dinner recommendations.

It was a perfect day for me. Everything is consistent from start to finish. The tour guide Hagen not only shone with his personality, he also has a lot of information about the Everglades and Miami ready. In addition, he always has a casual remark or joke on his lips. What impressed me in particular is that he also knows the spots that are beautiful and not so crowded. It was a wonderful tour and simply very authentic. You can tell that this job is his calling. Hello Hagen! We (the 11 Austrians) were able to experience a wonderful day with you. Everything worked out wonderfully - from the booking to the intermittent email contact to the pickup directly from the hotel today! As the first item on the agenda, we had the Everglades with the airboat tour; we caught the first boat before all the other tourists and subsequently also had a relaxed and interesting wildlife demonstration. After that, we went back to Miami with the cool neighborhoods of Wynwood, Brickell, Little Havana, and normally also Ocean Drive (we skipped that due to the World Cup final).
