Okay. A few things that are a NEED TO KNOW before you go! I would like to say that this was GREAT! The self guided tour is really really easy to follow. And it’s super informative. So we never got lost or anything. It’s literally step by step. Here are the tips: 1) Download the Action Tour Guide on WiFi at your hotel etc. Do this before you go! 2) You will receive an OTP Code emailed to you. For some reason I received two. The 1st one was for Acadia Maine. The 2nd was the correct one. Obviously the Maine one was not correct as I wanted the Florida Everglades - Luckily you can email Action Tour Guide and they respond fast. 3) After App Installed - you will put in that OTP code 4) DO NOT start at the suggested starting point - this is a Bus Depot. Just put in your GPS Ernest F Coe Visiting Center. This is your starting point. **you do need to pay to get into the park” in addition to what this costs. 5) BUG SPRAY A MUST - Kept me big free for the most part 6) Mosquitos at Flamingo ARE THE WORST- THEY WILL ATTACK no joke! 7) One way in, One way out so prepare to go to the end and turn around. 8) MOST IMPORTANT TO KNOW: GPS DEAD halfway through this tour! We were both in SOS for a good 45 minutes in and out of this park.This is a great time !’ Definitely must do!

We had an amazing experience with Eagles Air Tours! I surprised my fiancée with this flight, and she absolutely loved it. This wasn’t my first time flying, but this experience was definitely special and much more organized from start to finish. Our pilot, Gary, was extremely friendly, professional, and made the whole experience even better. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and it was such a memorable experience for both of us.We will definitely be flying again when we come back next summer for our vacation. Although we had trouble figuring out where to start due to not knowing the area, I put the starting points in ChatGPT and it was able to figure out which one I was closest to. Once that happened this was great!! We learned so much history of the area! Most of this one was a walking tour due to the type of national park but it was a great boardwalk and we love to walk so all is good. The person doing the talking was audible and interacting. I do wish there was an option to change the speed of talking. We bought numerous of these so we will see how the Everglades goes today.

Our guide, Michelle, contacted us the night before with arrangements and advice. She arrived very promptly having kept in touch prior to arrival and greeted us with a warm energy.The vehicle was very comfortable and nothing was a hassle. Our guide ensured we had comfort breaks and was willing to stop if needed. She was very informative, sharing knowledge of the surrounding areas as we drove by.Realistically, this trip takes longer than the 3 hours (each way) advertised on the site- even without little traffic.
