You may contact us by email, WhatsApp or tex messages.Passengers going to a Cruise or MCO must receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher 30 minutes before their reservation times. The passengers have 45 min in grace from the flight landed (only for the domestic flights). If no text or call is received from your driver, please call or text the office from outside. Passenger with bags in hand call or text the driver to confirm (your driver's name and phone number will be sent via text and email on the day of service before you exit your ship). If any Passengers need to pick up at any other location must receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher 30 minutes before their reservation times, and another call or text when arrived at pick up area (your driver's name and phone number will be sent via text and email on the day of service before 45 minutes to arrive ) After 15 min of wait from scheduled time a charge per 15 minutes increment will be charged to account on file. We have Safe and clean vehicles, and Commercial insurance covered, not wheelchair accessible, stroller accessible service, Infant seats available. The gratuities are additional for the rate of service. Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability. The limit of luggage is according with the capacity of each van. (A single stroller is considered a suitcase / double stroller is considered two suitcases). Please contact us if you need additional space for you luggages. Once you’re in the vehicle you will be whisked away safely and comfortably in your privately chauffeured vehicle.You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. Procedure when pick up passengers at Orlando International Airport (MCO):

Passengers arrive at the Orlando International Airport must receive from the driver or dispatcher a call or text as soon as the plane landed with the driver's name, phone number, and the exactly meeting point. The pick-up area at the Orlando International Airport is at the level 1 on the ground transportation commercial area where you will find the driver assigned for you. The passengers have 45 min in grace from the flight landed.
When you arrive the main terminal, proceed down the escalators to baggage claim where you will find your chauffeur awaiting your arrival. He/she will be standing by at the bottom of the escalators holding a sign with your name clearly displayed.
Once you have claimed your bags, your chauffeur will escort you down to the ground transportation concourse for immediate departure. Once you’re in the vehicle you will be whisked away safely and comfortably in your privately chauffeured vehicle.
