Meeting and Pickup
Airport boarding (MCO): Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport (MCO), please contact us to confirm the boarding area. Your driver JJ Transfer will be waiting in the baggage claim area or in the meet & greet area, holding a sign with your name.Each passenger is entitled to 1 checked bag and 1 hand baggage. The pickup will start up to 30 minutes after the flight landing, and the driver will wait for up to 60 extra minutes. If the passenger does not contact within this period, the no-show policy will apply, with no right to refund.

What To Expect
Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport (MCO), please contact us to confirm the meeting location.
The JJ Transfer driver will be waiting in the baggage claim area or meet & greet, holding a sign with the passenger’s name.
Each traveller can carry 1 checked suitcase and 1 hand baggage.
Boarding will start up to 30 minutes after landing, and the driver will wait for up to 1 extra hour.
On the day of return, the JJ Transfer driver will meet the passenger in the hotel lobby, as confirmed on the booking.
It is recommended to be ready 10 minutes before scheduled time.
