Airport Pick-Up: Your assigned driver will contact you via text message or WhatsApp one day prior to your arrival with all the necessary pick-up details. Please stay in communication with your driver in case of any delays. All airport pick-ups will take place at the designated commercial vehicle zone, located in the bus and hotel shuttle area on Arrivals Level 1.Port Pick-Up: Your driver will reach out to you via text message or WhatsApp a few hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Please keep in touch and notify your driver when you are ready to be picked up. All guests must wait in the designated bus area for port pick-ups.Hotel Pick-Up: Your driver will be waiting in the lobby to greet the group, easily identifiable with a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicle.
What To Expect
Our company will assign a professional chauffeur based on the customer’s requirements and the chauffeur’s expertise. The assigned luxury vehicle is prepared, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with amenities (e.g., bottled water, refreshments, Wi-Fi).
We will send a pre-trip reminder to the customer 24 hours before the scheduled service, including chauffeur details and contact information. On the day of service, the chauffeur tracks the customer’s flight or cruise ship arrival time to adjust for any delays, ensuring timely pick-up. The chauffeur will be waiting at the designated pick-up location (airport terminal, port, or hotel) described on the pre-trip. In the Journey The chauffeur selects the most efficient route to the destination, considering current traffic conditions and any specific customer preferences.
During the journey, customers can enjoy a range of luxury features such as climate control, premium sound systems, privacy partitions, and in-car Wi-Fi. The chauffeur is available to answer any questions or fulfill additional requests. Upon arrival at the customer’s destination (another airport, port, or hotel), the chauffeur confirms the location with the customer to ensure accuracy and assists with unloading the luggage and ensures all belongings are accounted for, ensuring the customer is satisfied with the experience.
