What To Expect
Get ready for a fun, hands-on dive into the world of mural-making! No artistic skills? No problem—this is all about creativity and collaboration.
We’ll kick off with a quick intro to the artist, a brief history of murals, and why public art matters. Then, you will be introduced to the mural materials—brushes, spray paint, acrylics, and more.
You’ll learn the basics of “underpainting,”, and how to use brushes for unique lines and shading. The local artist will guide you step-by-step as you paint a vibrant community mural in Wynwood, the mural capital of the world.
Expect teamwork, photos, and plenty of laughs. We’ll spend 5 minutes on setup, 50 minutes painting, and 5 minutes wrapping up with photos of your work to commemorate the experience.
