IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICES
Punctuality is mandatory. Late arrivals do not extend the charter time. Any time lost due to tardiness is forfeited.
Jet Skis are reserved in advance. If guests arrive late and there is not enough time to use the Jet Skis, no refund will be issued. The Jet Ski cost is lost, as they are pre-booked exclusively for your charter.
Fuel and crew fees must be paid in full, even if the full charter time is not used due to late arrival. These costs are fixed and incurred regardless of usage.
No-shows are non-refundable. If guests fail to arrive or do not show up for their booking, no refunds will be issued, as the funds are used to cover operational expenses, crew, marina, and reserved services.
All guests must follow captain and crew safety instructions at all times.
Boat rules apply strictly (maximum capacity, prohibited items, and onboard conduct).
By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Feb 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.
