What To Expect
Provide you with a refrigerator with ice and water for your trip. Once on board, you can connect the Bluetooth to play your own music and decide with the captain what you would like to do. Options include touring the bay for sightseeing or simply stopping on an island to enjoy the water. Then, just relax on this beautiful boat. Always recommend that you bring your own alcoholic beverages and ready food. Some recommendations are sushi or cold foods. You can also choose to call a catering company to have everything shipped to the location before the start time.
Please note that you work on a tight schedule, so the boat must set sail at the start time and charters must end at the scheduled time, unless an extension is allowed for an additional fee.
The captain's fee is not included in the price and must be paid directly to the captain, preferably in cash.

- Consequence of No-Show : Significant delays may be treated as a "no-show", resulting in cancellation of the trip without refund, especially if the delay affects the duration, security or logistics.
- Customers must arrive at the marina at the scheduled time, unless the company indicates otherwise.
- Food and drinks are allowed on the trip.
- Rainfall protocol on arrival:
- Service start time: The duration of the service is counted from the booked time, not from the client's arrival time.
- We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling on the day of travel, except in cases of bad weather.
- We do not rely on weather forecasts.
- We will wait until 20 minutes after the start time for the weather to improve.
- Key recommendation: Arrive 15 minutes before the reserved departure time to avoid problems.
